Sister Star Storytelling is a popular children's storytelling programme that ran from 2003 to 2013. In this episode, Sister Star invited the children Meng Jumping to join this recording. Years later, they met on another occasion.
The piece consists of two essays.
The first essay was chosen from an article published by Ms Fan Xianhui in the magazine Children's Literature - the story of the brother who killed his sister.
The second piece is the excellent primary school student essay "The Lucky Seven".
Viewing the Children's Literature magazine with the eyes of a modern literary audit threshold reveals that neither the selection nor the depth of the articles resembles a book aimed at children. Every month between 2000 and 2013 there was an article in Children's Literature with the central theme of "My mother and father's younger siblings treat me badly" or "My older siblings bully me". Last year, when I walked to a newsstand and bought a copy of Children's Literature, I saw articles centered on "It's good to have younger siblings" and "The loneliness of an only child". If all I had seen as a child were articles like these, would I have told my mother to have younger siblings, after all, I was a cruel child who made my mother have an abortion.

星星姐姐讲故事是2003年至2013年风靡全国的一档儿童讲故事节目。这期节目，星星姐姐邀请了孟跳跳小朋友来参加此此录播。多年后，她们在另外一个场合相遇了。
片子由两篇文章组成。
第一篇文章选用的是范先慧老师在《儿童文学》杂志发表的一篇文章——弟弟杀死了姐姐的故事。
第二篇是优秀小学生作文《吉祥七宝》。
带着现代文学审核阀值的眼睛观看《儿童文学》杂志会发现，无论是从选题还是文章的深度都不像是面对儿童的书籍。在2000-2013年期间的《儿童文学》每个月都有一则“爸爸妈妈生的弟弟妹妹对我不好”、“我的哥哥姐姐欺负我”为中心思想的文章。去年走到一个报刊亭随手买了一本《儿童文学》，瞳孔地震看到了“有弟弟妹妹真好”、“独生子的孤独”为中心思想的文章。如果我小时候看到的都是这样的文章会不会让妈妈生弟弟妹妹，毕竟那时候我是个残忍的让妈妈堕胎的小孩。
