The work tells the story of humans transforming into giraffes, and through this transformation gaining the ability to travel to every corner of the world. Each year, giraffes migrate across the African savannah, just as humans migrate in their own many ways. Filmed in the artist's hometown of Jiuhua Mountain, the work follows a young woman who wants to learn how to swim. Deep in the mountains she finds a giraffe master and becomes the master's apprentice, hoping to be taught the art of travelling to distant parts of the world. In the end she completes her training, lands on British soil, and arrives at the exhibition to watch the documentary of her own migration.
